Better Ecology

The combustion of Creatnet Technology’s Emulsified H.F.O uses almost 15%-20% less Oxygen than conventional H.F.O. in the same Furnace or Boiler. This is primarily due to the complete combustion of the fuel and lower requirement of excess air, as a result of which Emulsified H.F.O also produces 20-30% less waste-heat.

Emulsified H.F.O Combustion has a profound effect on flue gases and releases up-to 30% less NOx, almost 60% less SOx and 20% less particulate matter, which is comparable with Diesel Burners.

The completely homogenized nature of the Emulsified Fuel ensures that there is no sludge or any other impurities in the Fuel Tanks due to which no periodic Sludge removal and disposal is needed. This itself significantly reduces soil and groundwater contamination.
